BTR - Napar (Continued)

Post by TruBrujah »

I purchased a copy of the game Dead Zone Napar. After letting the seller know that the box was missing the rules set he proceeded to tell me that he was shipping out the rule book ASAP. The last communication that I have from him is from 2/26/14 where he claims to be sending the book "tomorrow". I'm now concerned about the future shipments that were part of this Kickstarter, that are due to be shipped to me in JULY. I have tried multiple times to contact him through the site with no response. I have instigated a paypal dispute as of today.

Napar I'm not mad or trying to bust your balls but It's been a month with no rule book or communication.

What follows is a copy of our communications (3 still in my outbox) The only changes are that I deleted my home address.

Do you have any news on the Rulebook for Deadzone?
It has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received the package.
Perhaps we need to check the DC number?
Thanks and let me know

Patrick

Sorry,

My wife packed up everything. Looks like she left the book out. I will ship it out to you tomorrow.

The other parts, Dwarf team and the other mini's are shipped in part 2. As soon as they come in I will ship those out to you.

Nate

Hey Napar,
Any chance that you have a tracking number for the deadzone stuff? I just want to make sure that I'm home so that the package doesn't sit on my front deck to long.

Thanks
Patrick

Hello,

I do still have it. You get everything that came with the Strike Zone pledge, including all stretch goals. I chose Dwarfs as my extra army and paid the 10.00 more.

I also have some add ons availble for purchase, if you would like them, I can give them to you for $35 more... so everything for 235.00 shipped.

Ad on models

Enforcer Sergeant Howlett - $8: 1
Kish, 3rd Generation Plague Sphyr - $8: 1
Eddak P'mera, Yndij Hunter - $8: 1
Chief Radgrad - Orc Warlord in Ripper Suit - $12: 1
Nem-Rath, Asterian Shuutavar - $8: 1
Bjarg Starnafall, Forge Father in Orbital Drop Armour - $8: 1

I really just want the rulebook and some form of communication so that we can stay in touch about the future shipments!
Thanks
P

I know that I probably should have set this up before hand but I haven't done anything with Kickstarter. When he said that he had items to sell I assumed that he had them not that he was waiting on them.

Got in touch with Nate via Paypal Dispute. He is sending the rulebook (have a tracking number now) and he forwarded me the PDF of the rulebook.
As far as I'm concerned he has provided me with a personal e-mail and a phone number that I'm going to check tomorrow. *late don't want to wake any one up*
I'm happy with the outcome.
Please close the thread!

Thanks Eric....Remind me not to get on your hunt list as your scary good with finding info about people LOL.

Its up to you but I'm agreeable to deleting the post in general! I don't want to punish him over a misunderstanding. He thought that I wanted him to send the rulebook with the 2nd batch of kickstarter stuff.

You're welcome.

The BTR will be closed when you receive the Rulebook.
As for removing it entirely... Nope. Its a valid BTR. He ignored multiple messages that you sent. I don't see a lot of room for "misunderstanding" there.

Please, update the thread when the rulebook arrives. I'll lock it and move it to "Resolved" at that time.

It's amazing what you can find about someone with the slightest information and a firm grasp of deductive reasoning. : )
