BTR - brittle

INTRODUCTION:

I entered into a deal with brittle on June 28th, the deal was for 25 Chaos Chosen, and an Infinity Japanese Sectorial force consisting, according to him, of 1 Tag, 1 med/it engineer, 4 troopers, and a set of attack bikes. I promptly paid end of day June 28th, but asked brittle to hold off on shipping in order that I may add other purchases to the transaction to save on shipping. No other additions were made, and I provided brittle with the shipping address and instructed him to ship on July 10th. On July 16th brittle informed me via PM that he had shipped and that a tracking number would be forthcoming. On July 18th I asked for the tracking number via PM, again on July 23rd, July 27th, and July 30th. I also emailed brittle via the provided paypal account email on July 29th in the hopes of eliciting a response. I never received any PM responses, but finally received an email response on July 31st stating that he had been evicted, and that the items would be shipped. After no further communication, I opened up a PayPal dispute on August 6th, and informed brittle of this action via email and PM the same day.

PROOF:

I have redacted addresses, and omitted the PMs that spoke about making additions to the transaction after payment as they did not result in a modification or addition to the deal.

I see, let me just look up that conversion you spoke of, so I can get a feel for it. Btw, are you only selling things in lots, or would you be open to some part outs? Because I would also be interested in the Tau commander.

Also, out of curiosity, are you looking for any specific airsoft items?

A few man hrs. I was in the process of re assembling warriors weapons and shields. Also basing. But the heroes alone in the lot max 100 which. That's why so cheap.

As in, would you be interested in selling just the 25 chosen and the infinity force I asked about, to me? I don't have a lot of time to devote to touching up plastics, and metals are less time consuming to deal with, in my experience.

I doubt it, bazin at least had some communication about the items being shipped. I haven't heard anything since July 31st. NinjaDance doesn't seem to have heard anything either. In any case, at this point I've escalated my paypal dispute with brittle.
