I was doing two trades at the same time and completely foolishly sent the wrong package to one of the traders. Bam4K received another persons package and immediately messaged me alerting him to this fact. I apologized and asked if he would be willing to send it on to the person it was meant to go to for $8, which was twice the shipping cost (I figured it was only fair).

He said he would, and messaged me later to ask when I would send it. I sent him the $8, and notified the correct person that it was on its way.

Bam4K received the package that I sent him, but the models he claims that he sent never arrived at the right place. My last correspondence with him was July 4th when I messaged to ask if they had been mailed yet. He said they had, and he would find the receipt and tracking number. That was 13 days ago and three messages and I have heard nothing. I refunded the person who did not receive his models but would at least like to know where or if the package was shipped and delivered.

Since this entire even was my fault, I do not know if this really counts as a case of Bam4k being a bad trader, since Bam4K paid for and received his models, but this is an unfortunate lack of communication and follows a similar pattern to another report on Bam4k.

My assumption is that when I sent him $8 to complete the transaction, he had made an agreement to complete.

The painted model is the one in the upper left. The unpainted model is the second one from the left (or the one in the bottom left corner, I need to double check).

I refunded Chris the money because they still haven't arrived. If I can get the numbers, I can find out what happened through the post office.

From what I've read, I think this is a valid report. You made a mistake, asked the person to mail it to the correct trader, he agrees and you sent him money to ship the good, which it appeers he didn't.

Also, please provide Bam4k (Seen, Shawn, whatever his name is) Address, City, State, and Zipcode. It is required to provide all info of the reported trader with the exception of phone #s.

I don't foresee any real resolution in terms of determining what happened to the models. My assumption is that he did mail it, or at least I like to think he mailed them!

I am more concerned with starting the process to determine whether it can or should be a neutral or bad feedback and even if it is an issue that even matters.

If your only reason for reporting this is to figure out what sort of reference you should leave, then that is no a justifiable reason for filing a BTR on another trader.
This forum is for resolving issues, such as missing models, etc.

Please, confirm what your intent is.

I would like to get the models back if he did not actually send them. If he sent them, I would like the tracking number to determine where they ended up.

Any response to my messages to him would be nice.

I am going to give him until tomorrow to respond, at which point a bad report based on lack of communication will be posted.

I have left negative feedback and consider this matter closed.

This cannot be moved to resolved unless you got what was promised/agreed on, or some sort of alternative was presented to confiscate the lost items/cash. So until then, this thread will remain open and unresolved unless the bad trader (Bam4k) makes it right.
