Overview: I was selling a Minion army and Rexexile offered me through PM's a almost equal trade of Retribution models. We totaled up the amounts and agreed that he would pay the difference at 50% off which ended up being $50. Jesse Lamb (rexexile) also agreed to send the PayPal once he received my Minions. I did receive the Retribution but he has yet to pay me the remaining difference.

I have removed addresses and phone numbers from this post but I do have them within my messages. Clearly this guy as ripped several people off and a lot of people are out of money.

I've done some play testing with it using a Posse Leader, and all my Risen from Alexia.
It does get incredibly stupid to the point where you can throw Rask at Mulg or a Troll Mauler and shrug it off.
The new unit works amazing well with Maelok though.

Rask is by far Minions best option for sure. He also has the foreign element going for him in that some people rarely if ever play against him. The Bog Trog regen unit is going to be bonkers.

I have Rask actually, but if you just want to throw him in, I wouldn't complain.
I just brutalized a tournament last week with a 50pt Rask tier list with 4 full units of Bog Trog Ambushers.
Needless to say no one killed Rask, and I forced everyone into a chokepoint away from the table edges.

I apologize I was doing a lot of running around and didn't have time to reply until just now. I really wish I had posted my pigs 2 weeks ago because I just did trades for some other stuff for Ret and most of the stuff you have would be further duplicates of what I've got now. I don't have the:
2 Aspis, 2 Griffons, Demon, 2 Sphinx and 2 Scyir and a few other thins. Everything else I have already. While I wouldn't mind duplicates that much I really do need cash right now. The thing is I believe Jesse in regards to a locked account and he didn't scam me where it counted by not sending the agreed upon models. I did receive the models according to time schedule. Send me a Money Order to my address and I will consider this finalized.

You really should re-read your agreement with PayPal AND your agreement with your bank (I work in banking, BTW). PayPal cal take funds you owe others from your bank account. Your bank account can choose to reopen a closed account to pay a legal debt, then bill you for the amount and resulting overdraft.

Your threats aren't doing much for your position here. It's bad enough that you have these debts. The fact that you disappeared & only showed up AFTER you were hunted down and had your personal information posted makes it worse.

Also, if you think you can "deadlock" the matter by not making good on your debts, you really should do more research on what the trading community has done to people who pull those shenanigans. We have an excellent record of getting the police involved, when we're motivated. It would be stupid to cause yourself such headache for something so small. I know for a fact that there are members who would have no problem contacting your family (wife, parents, sister) to politely ask them to assist & convince you to pay your legal obligations.

The fact that I'm back at all is only indication that I'm trying to right any wrong that I've caused. Harassing my relatives won't get you any closure. I haven't seen or spoken with most if not all of them in over a year. They're in different states/countries for that matter. And yes, you can close a bank account wired to PayPal. You just get debt collectors harassing you for the next 7 years.

He and I both have read the agreements on bartertown and know that we are in the right. Although we both had our separate accounts on bartertown, I was the only one with an paypal account. So I sent you the money, although it was AnIrishGamer's deal, the deal was for some items that would be for my retribution army.

We have waited and checked the mail each day for the package in the last month and have waited for it to come in. I have dealt with you previously and when you asked for a gift, with the other good deal we had, I didn't question it and decided to do it even though it was against what I should've done. After the month was up and a few days, last night, I filed a complaint to get my money back. That is 37 days after I sent you the money, I only have 45 days to file to get my money or its lost. I gave you the time to resolve the issue and I really didn't want to do this.

I didn't say you couldn't close it. I said the bank has the right to reopen it. Next time, read for comprehension and not to find a part to argue against.

I gave you the time to resolve the issue and I really didn't want to do this.

I did remember the account difference discussion we had, and that it was okay... but it had been so long that I'd misremembered the details. My last comment in the thread (to Rex) was so that he understood that he did not think he had caught you in the "A-Ha" moment he thought.

As a note to anyone else reading this, I just wanted to point out that the red text is to Rex, and not me. LOL

No Rex, you [Admin edited. Take it down a notch. - MM]. I did not recieve the items in question. Please, provide a tracking number and prove they were shipped. Provide ANYTHING to prove they were shipped. You want added proof your a liar? Check the BTR thread I posted on you, check the dates. If it was all taken care of, why didn't you respond? EVER? Personally, I'd be embarrassed as hell if my mom and dad and wife and others had to hear I was a [Admin edited. Take it down a notch. - MM]. I know my parents at least would be ashamed. I challenge you to submit proof they were posted and sent to me? I personally think you traded/sold them off to someone else and decided to keep the money. That's my opinion.
