The story:

Rexexile (Jesse Lamb) and I agreed to swap my Circle for his Skorne. When he received the package, he claimed it was incredibly damaged. UPS picked up the package and inspected it for damage and determined no damage. When I got it back, I saw no damage at all, but the Gallows Groves in the package were missing. He admitted to having the groves still and said he would ship them back to me. This was roughly 1 month ago. I have made several contacts since then, all have gone unanswered, and I still do not have my groves back. I discuss further on my contact attempts in detail.

Please let me know if the formatting of this needs adjustment. I will do whatever is necessary to make it what it needs to be.

Hey man, I just got the package today, and I gotta say, I'm kind of dissapointed.
The minis were packed in tissue paper, and almost all of them broken, or missing parts.
I'm pretty sure since the box wasn't labled 'this side up' that it made it's entire trip upside down.
I don't know if the breaks/missing pieces were a result of UPS, or yourself, but I don't want them in this condition, so I'm sending them back.
You should probably take advantage of the insurance you had on it because as I said, most of it was badly damaged.

It has been another few days since my message. I see you have been online since my last message, but have failed to reply. I really don't want to have to take any further steps, but so you know, if I don't get a confirmation of you shipping that stuff back with a tracking number in another 24-48 hours, I am going to file a trader report on here and start taking the actions necessary to report mail fraud.

One more time, I have given you some time to get back to me.

I need to hear something by the end of the day, or the reports are officially being filed. All you need to do is message me back, and mail the groves.


I have also sent text messages and made 2 phone calls. All have gone unanswered. I have filed a mail fraud report, and will be contacting the local PD in Augusta next Monday.

Just wanted to file the report on here as well. Jesse has been active on the boards since his last response to me, even creating new threads on the PP forums. Fortunately he has not listed the groves as something he is willing to sell or trade, but I have concerns he may not have them any longer.

Update: after informing him of the post and mail fraud filing, his only response was to file a bad trader report claiming the items were damaged and missing pieces. No actual reply or willingness to send back the items he still has.

1) I edited out his email address. We don't allow those to be posted publicly, unless you can show where you located it (in public records).
2) Your initial BTR isn't complete. You show the PM where you come to your final agreement, but nothing leading up to it. You need to provide the ENTIRE PM string, from the beginning. Every PM related to the trade.
3) A link to a Google doc isn't good enough. The whole thing has to be here, in our forums. A Google doc can always be deleted by you, causing some of the proof to be gone, but only staff can delete something on our site.
4) If your BTR is legit, and you can show proof that no damage was found, that negative reference he left for you will probably be eligible for removal. If that's the case, we can discuss it later. For now, though, let's focus on the BTR.

Rexexile has been banned at this time, due to his seeming unwillingness to rectify his BTRs. He has been notified that all must be rectified prior to any reinstatement of his account being considered, and an Admin email address has been provided.

More proof what a scumbag this guy is.
We just caught and banned another account of his "Vanthersay" that was started after we banned Rexexile.

I discovered undeniable proof that RexExile and Dcastle are the same person:

I spoke with him on the phone this evening. He returned a message I left for him at work.

I laid it all out for him. I told him that I knew he was Rex and Dcastle and that he needed to make right on these trades.
He was not exactly apologetic, but said that he would make good.

I am not banning the Dcastle account at this time, so that he has a way to communicate with you all. Once he has made good, though, he has agreed not to return.

I will be PMing the Dcastle account a link to this thread, so he sees all the open BTRs on him.

To the OP; I suggest you PM Dcastle (POLITELY) to get the ball rolling.
