Introduction
I agreed to purchase some Skorne miniatures from Michael Logan on Monday September 17th. The payment went through and he kept pretty good communication until I received the minis. I received the miniatures October 6th, but they were in very bad condition due to improper packing. The minis were put in ziplock bags without any padding or wrapped in paper/tissue. The metal bits broke or were bent to a point of breaking, there were missing parts, and he sent me 2 Cyclops savages instead of the 2 Brutes mentioned in his post. I sent him a PM on Oct 6th and have not heard from him since.

I really hope he's on vacation or something...

Hi Michael,

Thanks for sending the minis quickly. There are a few problems with the trade though...

1) The minis were priced well but the figures werent wrapped in tissue paper or bubble wrap so all the little skinny bits broke or were bent to a point of almost breaking and now the connections are very weak (swords, harpoon guns, etc). The metal broke or is weak so I wont be able to glue it back together because the the broken contact points are either too small or do not have clean breaks.

2) a right sword arm, and shoulder pauldron is missing from a swordsman

3) You said that the 2 cyclops were brutes but they are really savages instead

4) The cards were not sent out with the figures. You didnt mention not having them so I assumed that you'd send them out with the minis.

I appreciate the seemingly good deal but after all the broken parts and missing pieces I def wouldnt not have agreed to pay for this.

Can you either send me the cards and reduce the price by $30 so I can go and get the missing parts from Privateer press or refund me the $70 and I'll send the minis back to you.

This is the only trade I've had where I wanted to leave a bad reference. So please lets try to work something out so I dont have to go there.

I was able to get a hold of Michael today and we were able to resolve the issue. He will be giving me a partial refund to cover the missing broken parts.

Oh and it would be great if a mod could either move this to the resolved BTR list or delete this post? whatever is the standard protocol...thanks!
