theprivateerguy has not responded to me in over a month since I got confirmation that my package was delivered. my messages lay unread in my outbox. I have copied and pasted my messages with him below.

My deal was for merch worth over $300 and I now fear it is lost.

sorry if my mess was unclear but i dont remember u asking about shipping at same time. I tend to follow bartertown rules unless im on the lower end of the feedback chain. sorry again if there was any confusion.

I assumed we were doing same time shipping as you did not reply but I should have confirmed.

For Pirates I have most everything besides a few of the characters.

I have two of each Pirate Jack and two of each Pirate unit full as well as Mr. Walls and 3 weapon attachments.

For characters I do not have Aiyanna and Holt or Dougle but I have the rest.

This guy has done this to several people here. Can't you all get together & contact his local Police department? Its worth a try. Possibly get a home phone # in case its a kid. A talk with the parents usually helps.

You can apparently fill out reports with the San Antonio police department for minor crimes online:

Since this guy has ripped off several people on this forum, I'm going to fill out a police report with the San Antonio police. We have the guy's address, so it's not like it should be all that hard for them to find him. If everyone else he ripped off does the same, maybe we can get this clown arrested, or if we get absurdly lucky, get our stuff back.

I will be doing this ASAP. My mercs are greatly missed. Thanks acceptableloss.

They contacted me and said that I had to fill out a police report with my local police. A bit disappointing given that I gave them the guy's address. You'd think they might actually do something with that.

Your local PD will send you to HIS PD, and HIS PD will send you to your local PD.

Call your PD and insist they take the report. Once you have the report, call his local PD again and insist that they take one, as well.
