Hi Bartertown,

Introduction:
On April 15th I responded to a potential trade with theprivateerguy on the BT Privateer Press forum. On the dame day I emailed him my list which was a Privateer Press mercenary Lot worth around 500 dollars retail. He asked me what I was looking for. I mentioned I was looking for the Thornfall Minions lot he had posted for trade. He agreed to trade those minions posted in his original post to everyone (which he valued at around 500 dollars retail). I then checked his rating and shipped off my mercs. Delivery confirmation 0311 2550 0002 7791 7229. He said he received them and just needed to go through a couple of other boxes. He then disappeared. He has not checked my PM's or responded in any way. I haven't heard form him since April 24th. I am really hoping to work this out and at the least get my minis back if he is not happy. I am hoping that I am not being scammed. Any suggestions or if anyone know the trader please help. Thanks!

Cool! I mostly interested in the pigs. You have a ton of Skorne that far exceeds my lot of mercs. unless you want GW or legion/cryx I probably cant get them without some serious cash which will be difficult. Do you want to trade the mercs for the pigs? My retail value is around 500 bucks. I don't know what your pig lot is worth atm.

just so you know everything is bare metal except: riflemen, damiano, alexia, and magnus which are partly painted. bokur and stannis are primed black. the rest is bare metal.

exact retail value of all my pigs is 498.80 id do pigs for mercs.. u said you have the book n tokens for yours.. i do have the book for mine as well.. and id be interested in your tokens as well

Absolutely. The book and Tokens come with the lot. All cards (minus mcbain... I am still in search of it) will be included. I will include the majority of a merc deck(about 45 cards) free of charge for your pleasure.

Follow Through:

As you can see I have been very positive and upbeat. I am pretty easy going so I am anxious to do what it takes to get it resolved.

All I have done so far is contact the admin. I have not contacted the FBI or Police yet. I feel its too early(not even a month yet) and I hope theprivateerguy is just really busy. I will take those next steps and post the results.

Since this guy has ripped off several people on this forum, I'm going to fill out a police report with the San Antonio police. We have the guy's address, so it's not like it should be all that hard for them to find him. If everyone else he ripped off does the same, maybe we can get this clown arrested, or if we get absurdly lucky, get our stuff back.

Still no word. I google earthed his address. It looks like some apartments. I cant tell if it is a good part or bad part of town. I dont think he is a kid and we can talk to the parents but I could be wrong.
