I First Contacted El Lango on Oct 4 2011. After coming to a deal we shipped out with the proper tracking given… due to international shipping there was some slowness, but good communication.
on Oct. 22 2011 I contacted him and let him know there was stuff missing out of the stuff he was supposed to ship.
on Oct.25 2001 he posted that he had found most of the missing items…
On the On Oct. 28 2011 he posted that he would ship out on the next monday (Oct 31,2011)
His last message to me was on Oct. 31 2011, but no traceking info was given and he has not been back to the forums to receive the remaining messages from me.
I never received the missing items:

Iinvictors card
Halberier Standard bearer

1 Garryth (No Base)
here is a copy go the correspondence between us. It is in reverse order of course... first on bottom read from there up...

Sadly welcome to Canada Post. We ship when we want and not a second sooner....sometimes after though! Seems to be their motto. What kind of primer was used on the models that are just red right now?

Edit - Got home Friday and found one of the boxes! Got the Infantry and Daemons, just waiting on what I assume is the vehicle box haha.

Oh ya I never meant to cause any problems or rip you off. I have so many boxes I didn't even think to double check. Missing the Invictors was stupid of me though they were just sitting there all bold like right in front. I will add the Melee, might as well. Also do you want the large dice for the army? They are Red and Yellow and match the bases of the finished models. They are bright, but rolled very well for me haha. Also did you get the patch? I think I included it, but I can't remember putting it in the pack.

I don't really need the melee marker but can maybe trade it... *shrug* and to be honest I don't care so much about the MHA ... if you find one send it on ... if not I still have two and you can let it go...
I am glad to hear this was all just a packing error... and you are wiling to make good
hope the CSM get there soon and you enjoy them... I did, but with the move decided to make some changes with what I have so ... they found a new home with you

Hey there good news I found almost everything. Indeed the Standard Bearer and Garryth were left in the old box (along with the melee gauge marker you didn't mention it did you want it?) I also found the unit....NiB on my table. For some reason while packing it up I just ignored the unopened box fail by me. The only think I can't seem to find is the MHA. Are you sure I didn't send a regular one and the variant? The difference is minimal just different hair and slightly different blade. I will owe you a MHA either way if I cannot find it before I ship. Thanks for be so understanding this was a mistake and I am sorry about it. Hoping to see some CSMs tomorrow or else I will be to busy with BF3 to touch them hahaha.

Those few things (well few things and 1 unit) are indeed missing.
I figure they slipped through the cracks on the repack...

Are you serious? please double check. I will look into it and let you know. They were repackaged, so perhaps something got missed and is sitting in my basement. I will check tonight.
I will take you at your word. If I can find them I will send them off on Monday, if not I will order them from the Warstore and use your address as the shipping address. I am sorry I don't know how those weren't there.

I can do you one better actually. As I have two trades going I put the wrong Zip codes on the two packages and thus upon returning home from work found both your packages on my door step (they could not be sorted and shipped it seems) so I went to the post office and we were able to get into one large bubble bag (the models are still in a seperate box inside protected with foam and the like)
Well anyways since reshipping it caused me to be a few days behind you I paid for express shipping (5 day) with a tracking number so you could be at ease. To track go to canadapost.ca and on the front page enter the tracking code: cx 449 735 516 ca
Sorry about the delays, but you said 10 days so around Friday, which is when mine will be there with the express.

Hey there, sorry for the late reply I never got an email stating I had a PM. I did indeed sent it out Wednesday afternoon. I too send mine in two packages. The first has all the models, while the second has the books, templates and patch.
Sorry about the delay didn't mean to worry you. It is all sent. I do not have custom numbers as the Post Office lady said there was only tracking (which added a lot to the cost) if you need a copy of the receipt or something though let me know and I will get you a picture.

Yeah ... Sounds good... I will ship Tuesday ... I will be able to provide a customs number ... And it takes just over a week from my experience ... Back and forth to Canada .... If you can get a customs number too... It only tracks to the border either way but it is better than nothing...

well the list of the models that I found that were old is shorter than I thought
the bloodthirster ... though I believe it is actually the current one ... there is only the one
5 of the 10 terminators are the old metal ones.... although their bases have all be changed over
1 of the rhinos is older...
both the dreadnoughts are the old metal ones but these may also be the actual current ones
3 of the marines had the old style backpack I am no expert but the rest look like the new plastics
... I am guessing that the Las cannon is old as well
10 of the possessed are at least converted... but they are probably done so from the old plastics
that is what I could tell from looking... like I said ... I am no expert on the differences... and I thought more of the marines were old but they don't seem to be now...

Ok well when you get time can your provide me complete pics or a complete list of what is current edition and what isn't. I have very little need for older edition models and want to make sure the majority of what I am getting is going to be useful to me. No rush as I will hold the RoS for you until you have time to take such an inventory. Thanks.

I don't think so... some of the Chaos marines look older and I know some of the possessed are converted marines...
one of the rino's are older too
to be honest there is a mix with older models in most of it...

Well if you want to do lot for lot and can provide a few pics then I am more than willing to make this trade. If someone makes a cash offer before I see pics I may consider it, but your deal is very sweet. So get me some pics so I can make sure (last time I made a trade for some CSM they were like glue balls in places...so I need to make sure yours are built without a ton of glue) and we can work this out. Hey there, if you have pics I would love to see them. I am more interested in selling, but should that not happen I am thinking a trade is go. From your list (depending on how well built and the like) I would be interested in;
30 marines (set up as 3 units)
terminators (not sure of the number without looking some old some new) **5 or so new style ones, and any extra none mutation arms you have**
10 bikes
2 rinos
1 vindicator
2 landradiers
Also depending on the Dreads (Are they Chaos or converted Loyalist?) One of them. If they are the old metals I will probably just take extra bikes or termies or the Havok squad.
What I have listed (minus the extras) is retail about $560 so like I said depends on pics, but I am liking the list.

I really only want these few items and feel I have been more than patient in my wait.
I have not taken any legal action hoping to resolve the issue without such means. I am not sure the police or even FBI would do anything as it was a deal from the USA to Canada.
