Possible bad trade "The Madman"

Worked out a trade of a Malifaux Lady Justice Guild Starter box for a Firestorm:Armada Sorylians starter. We communicated a few times and I shipped the models on Friday Sept 3, Queried him on 9/9 about shipping, again on 9/13. 9/15, 9/17. I understand that life gets in the way, but he has not communicated with me since the 1st. I am concerned, as I did this deal for a friend with his models, and don't want to be a jerk-face. This is my first bad problem with Btown ever, how can I resolve it?

OK, dude, if I don't hear from you by Monday, I will have to fill out a bad trader report, and start the process for mail fraud. This is ridiculous for ~$40 worth of plastic and metal. Please contact me and let me know what is happening. We can do a $$ refund if neccessary, let's just get this resolved.

check me again i should have close to 100 rep score. for some reason you cannot see it on the side but check refs for jaffrime. it is there. matter of fact i am currently 88 above your 20 rating. however, i dont have a problem with shipping simultaneously.

when the DC # goes 'live' (when I can confirm ship/delivery)

I'm only interested in Guild stuff at the moment
(our shop has a TON of the Resurectionist players)
a NIB Guild set (any of the 3 available, Witch hunters, Justice or Ortegas) Retails for $38.00
most web sites have them for about %15 off
a NIB Firestorm box set is $50 and again usually available at %15 off
the Malifaux stuff is metal and cost more to ship
so, factoring in shipping, my starter for a Guild box set is even money... in fact I'd even be at a loss, I'll throw in a Set of New Litko acrylic toepedo markers

i know it isnt exactly what you are looking for, but interested in a NIB nicodemus set for the sorylians. if not how much guild stuff (and maybe also the nicodem) were you looking at for the fleet?
