BTR: Metalmilk aka Mike Johnson

After consulting with Ironhide before moving this to the BTR forum. I was going to let it go with nothing more than a positive feedback.
But after the behavior of Metalmilk aka Mike Johnson , False statements and False accusations against my character, I'm putting boot to @**.
I am also leaving Negative feedback for him.

Since I want to play within the rules , and have been threatened with harassment if I contact him farther. Could an admin direct him to this thread.
I will be leaving the posts address in my negative feedback and nothing more.

Here is the copy of all of our combined PM's. (including Ironhide's)

Need advice - before Deadbeat post

Ironhide,

I am sending this to you seeking advise. I have currently completed a trade with another site user. both parties have recieved each others trade. But i feel that the other person hasn't followed threw with everything. he keeps pulling crap out his *** , saying he said, this and that.

I have kept track of all our combined Pm's and would like to warn others about him/his behavior. I personaly think the guy is a deadbeat.
I recived a meassage from him stating that if i PM him again, he will contact an admin for harrasiment..

So i am seeking your advice before I post a formal Deadbeat notice on the forums.
I will be more than happy to copy/past all pms in a private message to you before going puplic.

Thx,
Witchcoven

Send me a copy of the messages concerning the trade and I'll review them for you. If he did not follow through with everything agreed upon (i.e. you didn't receive everything), then you should have a case for a BTR instead of a deadbeat report.

You can hit him with a Deadbeat or a Bad trader Report. See: viewtopic.php?f=44&t=45472

He did not send the package within the time frame you both agreed upon (simul-ship), you received broken models, and he looks like he was being deceptive. He was also rude, but that's not part of the criteria. You can also hit him with a negative reference, or you can hit him with just the negative reference.

I think he deceived you by offering to pay extra so you would ship first, and I think that is the only reason he did that. I put your address in Google maps and it put me right on your trailer.

Also, in the future, it is probably cheaper (and faster) to send packages via USPS; rather than UPS.

Were do you keep pulling this crap from?
My package to you was sent Wed Feb 24th and arrived Tuesday Mar 2nd. It took less than 6 days too arrive to you.
Not 2 weeks, sorry buddy your F.O.S. , maybe you should learn to keep your deals strait and not try to BS when you clearly haven't said what your claiming.

Do you not understand that all our communication is tracked and you've made no such references. You keep saying you've said this and that, but our combined PM's show otherwise. (it's that big , long , scrollable list under this one)

sorry they were broken in the shipping process. I told you before I didnt put anything extra in there because you send it ground instead of priority. It took your book almost two weeks to arrive. But no worries. Im not really surprised after dealing with you lol. Best of luck. Hope you win games with them.

Your package was delivered today. upon opening the box i have 2 bone jacks with broken legs(no worries, I'm skilled enough to repair them) , no extra money as you stated (Quote-- "Can you send it fast shipping and I will throw in some cash to cover the shipping cost"). So i wouldn't be hanging around your mailbox looking for a refund on your shipping (Dam , karma's a bitch huh!).

I will leave a positive reference if you do--Beyond that , best of luck on bartertown!

Don't get snippy with me.. I have a family Myself, work full time and still managed to proptly get your item to you.
As for your PM's last one you sent was Tues :

I dont know why it came back just says insufficient address.
What is the #212? should it say apt 212? or box 212? maybe.

Maybe you forgot to hit send (feel free to scroll down on you list of our combined PM's).
As far as your double shipping the item, thats clearly not my problem..
It it your problem. seeing as you didn't purchase a tracking number I have no proof you sent it the 1st time.
upon it's arrival we'll see if you put $6 in to cover the extra fast shipping you requested.
my shipping costs to you were 13.40 after tax , so if you want to complain about costs we can.

Actually Jackass I had to get off work early to hit the bank so I could reship your package. I did get your confirmation number and was just getting on my comp to send it to you today. Dont lose your patience next time and wait an extra 2 hours for me to ship it.
As I already replied to your last message and I told you I would be sending it out today. Its 5:50pm here I shipped it when I got out of work.
Unlike some people I have a family to take care of and work that comes before REshipping your package again.
AND I had to pay for the shipping twice. You can send the six dollars to my address.

Your shipping number is 03092880000124259810 with the U.S. postal service.

mike,

I have sent you Pm's asking for tracking info on my 1/2 of the trade. I have given you the correct mailing address 3 times.
My 1/2 of the trade has arrived to you , and can safely assume your reading threw my retribution book.
At this point im starting to get annoyed. your checking you messages (nifty little feature they build in-- shows that you have).
If i do not recieve tracking info/package shortly I will be left with no chioce but to start a backout and involve admins.
I will carry it as far as filing internet and mail fraud charges against you.

Please take the time to go to the post office, purchase tracking/delivery confirmation and pm me with the info to avoid any of this.

my address is as follows:

robert jackson
8601 N 103rd Ave Lot 212
Peoria,az 85345

mike,

I see my package to you has been delivered. please write my address as follows:

Robert Jackson
8601 N. 103rd Ave Lot 212
Peoria,AZ 85345

If not sure why the package would have been returned. but please change the name. I am currently living in my father-inlaws old home- we took over his mortgage. If you write the address/name as above there should be no issue that i could think of.

thx,
Chuck jones

Im sure they will arrive with no problems.. I would suggest that you include purchase of tracking numbers with trades.. It not only protects you, but shows that your 1/2 of the trade arrived.

This trade went south in a hurry.
It would seem to me that he still owes for the fast shipping.
And the additude that he is throwing out about the PMs is OTT.
I didn't notice any harrassment on your part.

As Ironhide noted, definately use USPS, It's much cheaper and just as fast most of the time.
