No it doesn't. I still have the slip, and the #. Due to listening to the lady at the post office, i shipped first class international, which despite her claim ISN'T trackable with the Customs #. Now i know if i ever ship to canada again not to listen to them and only ship priority.

Go to www.usps.com and enter your customs # in the Tracking field. You might just be surprised.

Lower rating? You ship first.

It's because it was a letter instead of a package I think. I've never had a problem with tracking via the customs number on packages. Letters might be a different beast and maybe the Canadian postal service doesn't bother with tracking letters. (Or the US for that matter as it doesn't show that the package has even left the US.) Although that's obviously not an excuse as to why his side of the trade hasn't shown up yet. Just something to mull on for the future.

Which, was it actually a letter? The tracking says it was. You seem to have shipped quite a bit of stuff even for a bubble mailer. Bubble mailers are bad. Even if you were shipping domestically, as kturock has pointed out on numerous occasions, those bubble mailers get absolutely mangled when they go through the postal sorting machines. I imagine lots of small bits makes them extra crunchy. I'm not blaming you for anything here either. Just advice for future trading.

This is exactly how a DC works.

What kind of mailer did you send it in? I'm guessing, as has been said, a bubble mailer... but they could be just using "International Letter" in a generic format I'm unaware of, I guess.

Status shows that it was acepted at your P.O. (IN Chicago, per below). Until it arrives in customs, that's all you'll see, probably. When customs receives it, that should be updated to show it.

Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not making any claims that you're incorrect or anything. I'm just saying that your customs form # works like a DC on this. All it's showing is all it's meant to.

The box was a readyPost box from the PO.

Big enough to ship the ork boyz complete in the boxes they come in. Opened them up and bubble wrapped the sprues of course, but the boxes themselves fit inside the box. my reciept shows the box @ 12x3x17. All the individual plastics were bagged and taped, then bubble wrapped together.

Copy of the reciept says Canada- First-class Mail Int'l Parcel 2lb. 6.2oz.

I have no clue why it shows up as a letter.

Buried somewhere on the hell that is the USPS website, it said somewhere that first class international packages couldn't be tracked. I now can't seem to find it.

If you still have the receipt go down to the PO and run a trace on it.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.
