Bad Trader Malus Darkblade

As Malus said, he sent another package to complete the trade. I gave him the benefit of the doubt about his account being hacked (even though he supposedly the package twice before disappearing 7 months ago. None the less, he did actually send the package this time. He had agreed to send along 10 dire avengers to make up for the long delay.
The package arrived today. It was a pile of miniatures wrapped in a single piece of bubble wrap, stuck inside a gargoyle brood box with a piece of notebook paper taped around the outside. Needless to say, it was suitably crushed when it arrived.

I received 2 warlocks with witchblades and a poor condition avatar minus the base and hair. The additional dire avengers were poorly assembled with a powder coat of white spray over the top of a recent paint job, so fairly worthless. He did throw in some long oop rangers.

I have to say I am fairly disappointed in Malus Darkblades abilities to perform the simple task of trading here on Bartertown.

WOW! this is bs, i hate to say i sent you the following to try and make up for something that was out of my control that happend in the past YOU got

and you sent me
1 Librarian (Very bad Condition, i had to strip it for 3 weeks to get all the paint off and even then i gave it to a kid it was so bent up)
1 Emperor's Champion which wasn't in bad condition at all i must say other then a thick paint job.

I honestly cant see how its my fault if the package i had bubble wrap in was shaken around by the postal service, since when i sent the package it was in great condition.

I've said as much to Malus via PM:
NEVER send ANYTHING in a GW box. EVER. They're very thin, lightweight boxes and not appropriately suited for the rigors of ANY country's mail service.
Malus, the GW box was "your bad."
Even if you didn't realize it was something you shouldn't do; it was.

There's really nothing wrong with using one long piece of bubblewrap to wrap everything. Granted, with the box he used, items might've come out... but one long roll can still work fine.

The only issue (IMO) that you have here are the missing bits (which may be because they weren't included or because of the inappropriate box used).

Yup the box was my bad, as for anything missing i can take a look around but i sent all my extra eldar models in hopes to make up for this. So i figure nothing for me to do but get my trading rep back by good trades and put this in the past im not going to waste the time of my self and mod's on the issue.

Ok since its true i did screw up, everything is really up to the public now! how ever i am willing to pay-pal you the cost of one warlock so you can replace the one you didn't get and fix this whole problem. i can say that this is the most crazy thing ever basically Malus is at fault because of a bad postal service? this is crazy

and the amount of models sent to make up for the original trade regardless if you had to strip some was worth WAY more than what the OP'er had sent in the first place

all i can say is i highly recommend Malus Darkblade as a trader. as he was very good to deal with

A BTR thread is to be used solely by the parties involved in the dispute or someone who has information that can aid in rectifying the problem between the concerned parties. What you have posted, Azwraith, does not fit those criteria.

The community can be my judge but most people seem to agree i have already done everything in my power. No i am not but after thinking about it and talking to some other people to get opinions....i have already given over 100 dollars in model's to try and make up for this and giving anything more i simply above what i can afford right now. Also being told to grow up every time i am contact tends to make it hard to want to deal with a person on any level.

You have a valid point, re: "grow up" comments.
Taking into account that you gave him a bunch of models he (a) didn't want and/or (b) didn't need which might be (c) broken doesn't really account for a lot (not "nothing..." just "not a lot"). I know that, if I was in his shoes, I'd FAR prefer to have what I was supposed to get over stuff that I never was interested in.

I think you two need to continue your PM conversation, and you both... BOTH... need to remain civil and not fling mud.
