Okay, sorry for the delay, I got the package with everything as agreed on Friday but was busy and forgot to update the situation here though with still no communication from him about what happened. So if whoever does so could please lock this thread I'd appreciate it. Though I'm still thinking it over on what kind of a ref to leave at this point I'm logicly leaning toward neutral as I did get what was owed to me so I wasn't ripped off which would definately be a negative like my anger over the whole thing is tempting me to leave. Anyway, thanks for all the help and advice.

You are free to leave any feedback you deem appropriate. But I think your decision is tempered by the releif of finally getting your items. The fact is he did NOT uphold his side of the bargain. I would not deal with this person.
