The bottom most part of this post is the most important. Okay here is an update on what has happened.

1) On Sat, Jan 2, 2010 at 12:55 PM I was contacted by an individual named Will from an email address sexypicstash@yahoo.com. Will stated that he was interested in my Empire Army (viewtopic.php?f=12&t=101829). The post has been modified to reflect the status of the items that I sold, however if you click on the link you can see the Empire Army.


2) An hour later Shadow Master contacted me via an PM about his email which stated his interest in my army.

3) On Sat, Jan 2, 2010 at 7:11 PM Will agreed to the quote that I gave him for shipping and asked me to ship the item to a person called Will Dimmers who resides at

He does not live in Hollywood Flordia he lives in Pembroke Pines which means that he falsified information. I asked the police department about his in Pembroke Pines the police district in which this zip code resides.

4) On Mon, Jan 4, 2010 at 12:51 PM I shipped the package off with tracking, below is the content of my post to Will

I got the package off today at around 12:00pm. The total price for everything including shipping and handling will be $219.00. I added a confirmation number without signature for 80 cents, which I did not charge you for. That confirmation number is 03082690000237509611 and can be checked at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandco ... andconfirm. Please give the number a day or so for it to register in their systems. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. The package was sent via USPS and should arrive in 5 to 10 days.

5) On Tue, Jan 12, 2010 at 2:24 PM I tried to contact him to see if the package had arrived because sometimes the Post Office is not the best at updating their systems. He failed to respond to me.

6) I continued to wait until the package was delivered. In which I contacted him about payment Thu, Jan 14, 2010 at 7:28 PM. Delivery confirmation can be seen in a screen shot taken from my computer and hosted by me at http://www.geoginfo.com/POffice.jpg

7) Fri, Jan 15, 2010 at 4:01 PM I then attempted to contact him again by email and he still neglected to respond.

Fri, Jan 15, 2010 at ~9:00 PM EST I had conducted enough investigation to acquire the name and phone number of the individual who lives at the address that I shipped the package to. I left one message, then called back to see if they were screening phone calls. The wife picked up and was upset and hung up on me. I called back one more time to let Will know that I was going to press charges in a message on his machine.

9) Sat, Jan 16, 2010 at ~7:30 AM PST Will contacted me by telephone number at my house telling me that I was rude for calling and that he had no idea who I was and that he had never contacted me. He told me that his email had been hacked and that he had no idea what was going on. THE REASON FOR THIS POST IS TO PREVENT ANYONE ELSE FROM GETTING RIPPED OFF. During our phone conversation, I learned a couple of key facts that can only lead too one of too possibilities, but all lead to one result. Below are the critical details.

a) The individual at that address is named William Daniels. So he or "who ever hacked his email used a fake name which is illegal".
b) William Daniels confirmed that his name on Barter Town is ShadowMaster who sent me the PM about my email Sat Jan 02, 2010 1:56 pm. This implies that "who ever hacked his email" is also responsible for hacking his Barter Town account.
c) Additionally I find it kind of obvious given the post below viewtopic.php?f=12&t=102145&p=202472#p202472

d) He has attempted to mask his crime by telling me that the hacked email came somewhere from Germany when I asked him to obtain from Yahoo the headers and the IP address associated with his "hacked email".
e) He is no no longer responding to PMs and is failing to communicate so I have reported internet fraud to IC3 (FBI agency responsible for internet crime) additionally I filled with the United States Postal Inspection Service to claim mail fraud.

MY ADVISE GIVEN IF SHADOW MASTER'S ACCOUNT WAS HACKED OR NOT IS DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM BECAUSE IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR STUFF MIGHT BE STOLEN AS WELL!!!

Pembroke Pines, is next to Ft. Lauderdale.
There are alot of areas of Florida, that have had their zip codes change, as the areas grew or we absorbed by the city.
Some of them, well actualy, most of them, most of the time, can have the names inter-changed. As long as the zip code is correct, it'll get where it needs to go.
Since we don't have city taxes, it doesn't matter unless you have a city water bill. Most of the city police departments are now part of the county sheriff offices.

Also understand, that 'cities' in Florida, aren't like cities in most places. The only way to tell if you entered a 'city limit' is by a road sign; if ther is one.
Most of Florida from the southern tip of Miami to almost Orlando, about half the state; is either continous surburbs, or open rural areas. It's not unusual to have farms and ranches next to a housing development.

There has and is alot of 'unplanned' deveopment. You buy the land, you divide it up, you pay the state it's taxes and fees. You name it what you want, and sell it for what you can get. Very little government control or regulation.

I guess my question would be: where is the package that Shadowmaster recieved at his address?
If his account was hacked from Germany, why would the hacker have the package sent to Florida?
Did the hacker fly from Germany to pick up $200 worth of figs from Shadowmasters doorstep?

This all sounds fishy to me.

I think you should give Shadowmaster a negative. I doubt a genuine Bartertwoner would react the way he has. It seems very fishy. Maybe the Mods can check it out.
Anyway if his account has been hacked- it should be deleted/banned- right?

So here is the proof that you mailed something, to that address, and that it was delivered.

Your pm's/emails show agreed to worth.
I forgot to check you scanned receipt to see if you insured it for that amount. [if you insured it for that amount, it also 'proves' that you agreed to it being worth that amount.] All the info you need for the postal inspectors and your local police.

I'm not trying to brag - but I live in a house. I'm sure you looked it over on goole maps. I drive a car. I can send you a pic if you like. I make [removed amount] in under a half day of work. I do not need to scam you out of some models.

I can also tell this has created quite a burden for you, and for all these reasons I am trying to help you. I expect at some point you will believe that.

Let me talk to my cop friend and I'll call you tomorrow.

I will give him a week to acquire the IP address for where his "hacked email" came from and then I will proceed from there. Additionally he owes and explanation to all of us why he is using his account still seeing as how it was hacked to post in response to my original post about the army. Additionally, why he would keep it open when someone has used his account to post interest in an Empire army.

It has only been 2 weekend days since I learned of this issue.
I am working with Matt and the BTown admins to clear all of this up.

I have answered all questions and requests for information from Matt and BTown Admins to the best of my abilities. I have tried to show evidence of the recent infitration to my personal data. The BTown admins seem satisfied with the responses and data I provided.

I continue to work with Matt over his concerns.

In my last statement to Matt I tried to show him that I am well off and that I did not rip him off.

I have contacted my local police in this matter.

An administrative update for all concerned parties:

Last week I submitted a request to both users to email me the information they had to support the claims they have made. DudeBodacious complied very quickly. Shadowmaster delayed, stating that he would be in Orlando on business and unable to have any personal internet time.

For the record, I sent him a listing of free Wifi hotspots in the Orlando area. Oddly, Shadowmaster has logged back into the site on Thursday at 8pm when he was supposed to be in Orlando with no internet time. I also note that further investigation have revealed statements to be false or misleading - "I've been in contact with the local police" translates to "I talked to some gaming buddies who are cops."

He has yet to supply evidence to back up his claim of a German Hacker, or some scam where DudeBodacious has a confederate in the post office that registered the package as delivered and then stole it back. Or even that this German Hacker had a confederate in league with DudeBodacious who...

If I have not heard from Shadowmaster by Friday 05 Feb 2010 at 6pm with all the information I have requested, I will have no choice but to ban him from the site and add him to the Hall of Shame.

Information requested was:
Complete email communication log between him and DudeBodacious, to include the complete email headers.
Emails allegedly sent by the German Hacker, again to include complete email headers.
Any evidence supporting his story that the package delivery confirmation DudeBodacious has was somehow falsified.

Don't think that not providing the email headers will prevent me from dropping the Banhammer on Friday. This is an absolute request with an absolute deadline. You send me everything you have or I will ban you from the site.
