We made a deal back in Nov and as you can see from the PMs there was some issues with his end of the deal. I had acually expected this trade to not happen since it was 13+ days before his package arrived. When I opened it I knew there was some problems because everything was packed in a box without packing. All the tanks were in the bottom layer with all the sprues for the bikes and marines stacked on top of them. The box was so old and musty I tossed it right away. As you can see from the PMs I did not get what I was supposed to and seeing his last trade post he did still have some of the items I was supposed to get.
I felt he was going to make it right and sent my package the same day he was supposed to send the second package
(it seems that was never done even though he asked me to give him feedback the day mine arrived to him... odd).
I was out of town for a week after thanksgiving for a funeral and did not get back to this until I was headed back home.
From his last PMs it sounds like he was mailed late or lost but he has never given me any proof of that.
Wensday Nov. 12th he posted his trade ads up again and that was the final straw for me as I feel you need to finnish your uncompleted trades first.

Hello there. Your box arrived today. Was not sure it was still coming since I had not heard from you.
Here are the things I had issues with:
One bike half is broken and the other half of it is not in the box (not sure if it could be fixed anyway)
One bike front armor plates is missing (shield under the guns)
one attack bike wheel guard is missing
I thought in your listing you had the predator and vindicator were unbuilt?
Since the way it was packed all the storm bolters have broken off, the two las cannons from the predator are broken from the little tabs holding them. And a couple of the smoke launchers have broken off the rhinos.
So what do you suggest?

Well I can definatly send off anything that was left out of the box, and I can replace the bike. What about it was broken? The Vidicator was a slip up on my part, was working two deals. Have one NoS here thats the one I was talking about in the ad. Sorry about that. For the Storm bolters if they are repairable good, if not I'm open to suggestion. The Vidicator was never glued, the sponsons I mean, left them off for painting purposes. I had my roomate pack it up and ship it (Why the delay was an issue.) As I was out of town when we completed the deal, He was supposed to have used my bubble wrap. If it will expedite things we can say Either one of three options-
I can send you another SM bike and you keep the ones yo have including broken one, if repairable you come out one on top. As far as the wheel shield, I'll look, but I got all that stuff in a trade and I didn't get to go through ti sprue by sprue, so I might be short.
I can send another Rhino we can call it even there.
Or you can keep bartolo and the Old Nomad on your end give syou back about fifty bucks retail.Forty or fifty, one of the two.
I don't mind doing one of these things to compensate you for your time and effort in repairing the items, I am assuming the packing wasn't done as well as I would hav eliked, my fault for allowing my buddy to do it.

ok, got done earlier than expected. Took some pictures since those allways work better than trying to explain.
This is the picture of the broken bike frame, since the missing part is not in the box it had been missing before it was packed.
And this is the one that is missing the front bike shield too.
Next picture shows the missing attack bike wheel shield, and the other attack bike sprue frame that is complete.
Next picture are the predator side weapons, you can see where the little tabs broke off from the main part.
Last picture shows all the parts that broke off that I found in the box. One of the stormbolters is missing completely.
Frankly I am not sure what to do. All the rhinos have dark angel symbols that I would need to remove to use and the amount of glue that was used to assemble them make me worried about how much work that will take and what the results will be. All the tanks need some work before they are ready to be painted as they all have sprue bits/mold lines and extra glue (mold lines and such are to be expected when your putting anything together, the extra glue is what I am really concirned about.
Let me know what you think, but it might be eaiser for both of us if I just repack what you sent and return it as I don't want to make it to much work for you about it.

WEll I'd really like to complete the trade. Already went out and bought some stuff for menoth lol. Be useless now without finishing the deal. I didn't realize those were dark angels symbols, sorry man. The Predator Cannons look like they should be pinnable, if you can pin/know how. I just learned myself. I tell you what. Let me replace the bike that's broken, I didn't even realize it looked like that. The Rhino Storm bolters should be pinnable as well. What if i were to go ahead and toss in another rhino or Razorback to compensate for your time and effort in the act of pinning. And as for my just, general consternation, I can toss in a devestator squad or an assault squad, free and clear, your choice. Does that sound good to you Bro. You get a replacement bike, a Rhino or Razorback, (I'll try and dig up the sprues to make it an unassembled one as long as I have a full vehicle for you) and Then a squad of your choice, for this being a pain in the ass. OR Actually I just remembered I found it, I could give you a NiB Ironclad dreadnaught +Bike to make up for it. My inventory is scattered and slowly being assembled. Thus why I am constantly finding more stuff lol.

Still waiting to hear back from you as nothing has arrived here.
You recived my package back on nov 22nd and your second one has not arrived.
You still have not shown me anything on your end when it was shipped or a DC for it.
I really do not have any other option than to post a BTR for this and thats what I am going to do today.
And thats the last PM. He has not been on BT since thursday so the last one is still unread.
