I recently made a purchase from the user worstgamer. The payment was sent via paypal on July 13th and completed the very same day. I later received a PM from worstgamer stating that the models were packed and would be shipped out on the following Monday, July 15th. That was the last contact that I had with this seller. I have messaged him multiple times on this site and also sent him an email via the one that the paypal money was sent to.
The messages jut up to the last response are as follows. My messages are in red, his responses are in blue.

Saw that the list was updated and some of the models were sold. I haven't heard a reply so I figured I would message again I am still interested in the following models. Just let me know how much.

Don't wait for a reply. His last login was 30 July. As long as you didn't gift it, go ahead and file the PayPal claim now and escalate it as soon as possible. When Paypal gets his attention and he contacts you promising to ship let him know you'll cancel the claim only after you receive your items and have inspected them. Remember not to cancel before since you can not reopen the claim.

I was going to go after him on paypal, but for some reason apparently the gift setting was selected. Therefore I cannot dispute the claim. This has however taught me a valuable lesson to always make sure the goods/services box is marked.

Not true at all.
CALL them (don't use the online forms). Plead ignorance, etc. Promise to never do it again.
Almost everyone who has done that has been taken care of.
