Made a deal to trade with this guy 240 dollars worth of Aleph models from infinity for 300 dollars worth of Cygnar models. He received my models and told me he was going to send his but never did and never contacted me back. I looked up on the forums and have waited a "reasonable time" for him to respond and he has not. He received my models on Tuesday July 9th and was last online July 14th 2013. So he should have responded back to me, but I am guessing he completely glossed over my messages. He stole 240 dollars worth of models from me. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS GUY.

Section 1: Introduction

On Sun Jun 30, 2013 8:15 pm I sent Burb1996 a message about his Cygnar inquiring about a possible trade.
On Sent: Tue Jul 02, 2013 6:59 am The trade was AGREEMENT was finalized by him telling me to ship and giving me his address.
On Sent: Thu Jul 04, 2013 9:48 am I sent my mini's out My confirmation number: 9405 5159 3148 9082 1525 02
On Tue Jul 09, 2013 10:34 am he confirmed that he had received the package.
That was the last message I received from him. Since then I sent him 2 additional messages one on : Wed Jul 10, 2013 7:03 pm
and the other on : Sat Jul 13, 2013 8:20 am

It has been a full week, since I received the message that he had received my stuff, His account shows he was on on:Sun Jul 14, 2013 2:40 pm
After both messages were sent and it looks as though he didn't bother to read them. I have also sent him a message on facebook trying to contact him. I didn't know if it was in my rights to look him up but, If the forum deems I am allowed I will try to further contact him or authorities.

Some are primed, only Euduros is missing from the Steel Phalanx box and one Sychronized rebot from the Synchronized Deva's box is missing arms, (though I may have them as I complained to Corvus and I think they sent them.) Wow! the Skorne army looks fantastic at the same time, I am just getting back into Warmachine and trying to save money by trading, I only have like 245 bucks worth of Aleph stuff, which would make it hard pressed to get enough of the Skorne stuff to make a half way decent army. The Cygnar stuff is all stuff that I need, (though curious are the defenders plastic?) but its only worth like 120 bucks or so. So its not worth trading unless we piece out, and piecing out is kind of tough Plus I am looking for stuff to combine with my current stuff to make an army. Not sure how to make this one work

Here is a total list of what I do have left With retail value listed. Most of it is fully painted in the default colors and is above what most consider tabletop standard. Since you are just getting back into it and I would love to make this happen I would be happy to do 60% of retail - to your retail. So for basic math we have $245 your value = $343 worth of my stuff.

Think that might make it worthwhile? I still have the largest part of a decent Siege amy list that helped me win regional...

Ya I will definitely take you up on this offer. Just need you to know that Euduros isn't in the Greek box set, and one of the sychnoized bots is missing arms, that's is the only issues that are up. Ya man NP, Btw I am navy guy out of Charleston SC, so I am super grateful for working out a deal. I know eventually I'll be getting back into infinity as an Aleph player as they are my favorite faction but for right now people here play Warmachine so and I still have my painted nomads (I try not to trade painted stuff).

So I want to try and get these out Wednesday if not then on Friday., because of the holiday weekend I am not 100% sure what day, but the first day a UPS or USPS is open I'll ship with tracking.

I am a little concerned about the miniatures, at the same time, I have seen your rating, and know that something must be up.
