Well done, Spire.Spire_182 wrote:OK, so it looks like this guy has fallen off the edge of the planet. He no longer lives at the address you sent the minis to, claims to have had internet problems, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah!
Let's find him![]()

While I can't check those links myself while at work, what you've posted LOOKS like it all adds up.
Okay, JLong05... Spire's "Search-Fu'ed" it for ya. Time to make a phone call, I think.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Spire, as an ex-skip tracer myself I have to admit your search-fu is amazing. I will be honest and say I never bothered to do any aditional effort here. Yes I am out the bits and have to pay from my pocket to replace them. I have left the negative feedback. As you said, skip tracing can get expensive and for $40 - $50 in bits it wasnt worth the effort other than me tryign to be nice and get stuff replaced through normal contact methods.Spire_182 wrote: Man, you guys on Bartertown are getting off easy. Some professionals charge $30/hour or $300/day + expenses for skiptracing.
If I was talking hundreds of dollars or if he never shipped anything to me and I was out the entire value on my side I woudl have no porblems calling his Mother, Sister, Brother, and Aunt Elda.
I did learn to get pics of questionable items now.

Thanks everyone. It's just a skill set that I picked up somewhere along the way.jlong05 wrote:Spire, as an ex-skip tracer myself I have to admit your search-fu is amazing.Spire_182 wrote: Man, you guys on Bartertown are getting off easy. I'm just trying to do my part here on Bartertown to help my fellow man.
Just completing followup up. I still never heard a response, but I did notice that the Pms in my outbox have been picked up finally. So it appears he has been online.
