Hey I am looking for any more information on the whereabouts of Mr. Bickles. I know of his family issues and that has been cause for his absence but I have been waiting upwards of a month to hear any reply from him... Im sure he's just busy with family but he seems to have some close friends here (magikal memories) who seem to track his movements quite well.
I would apreciate any update I can get on Bob. I have tried emails and have not got a response for a while and would just like an update (if anyone knows)

Nope. Not me.
I never knew JACK about him, outside of what he posted publicly in the threads for everyone to see.
Does he have models that belong to you? If so, I'd look more seriously into finding him.

Hi there. I got your minis yesterday, but I didn't have time to get to a comp. There were 16 unpainted plastics, 1 painted plastic, and 4 metals correct? I should have them done by Friday night and will send you an email with pics. If all goes well then I will have them in the mail for Saturday. I might have acess to a paypal account soon as well. I got the MO for 18.50, and I won't cash it untill they are finished.
If you read this please contact me ASAP I will be sending this via email as well...
Thanks,
James

This is my final request to you Nick (Bob Bickles). It has been 4 months since I sent you my stuff and money. I have heard from Mr. Vega and contrary to your "Family emergancy" message you have not sent him his item either.....
You have another 7 days to contact me or I will repost my "bad trader" posting...

Okay.
This has persisted long enough.
I emailed Lin about this, in case he hadn't already seen it.
Nick, if you read this and our suspicions are wrong, I apologize now, and I will again then.
That being said....
I know precious little about Nick. What I do know, I will tell you.
His shipping took a long time to get to me. I suspected then, and am thinking it more and more now, that a ruse on my part was the only thing that got me my stuff. Unfortunately, I had accidentally deleted my email with our agreed upon ship date, so I had no proof... I took his word that the ship date on the package was our agreed one. Thus, my positive rating. I even drew blame away from him on the shipping, but i made sure to mention it, just in case it ever mattered.
It was not until I told Nick that I confirmed he received my package that he told me he had sent mine. Emails prior to that had gone unanswered.
It was weeks later when I got my package.
Now, in addition, right before he started this painting thing, he emailed me, asking me to leave another reference for a different address ( don't recall) that he intended to use for his painting enterprises.
Of course, I didn't, telling him that it was specifically against BTown policies, then I notified mod's about it.
That, in addition to his outrageously good prices (can anyone say, "If a deal is too good...") had me wary (but not wary enough to potentially avoid a great painting deal). I had him put me on his list... waAAAAY down. If he was scamming, I was determined that it wouldn't happen with MY minis.
Not to mention that I do not like the idea of spending time in a Canadian prison, if you get my meaning. The commute would be too difficult on my family.
That is what little information I have that I had not shared with anyone, outside the mods.
I only post it without posting proof since, (a) the situation seems to be reaching that critical point and (b) I previously informed the mods about part of what I just said.
I doubt that it will be of any assistance to anyone but, hopefully, if anyone had similar problems, they will choose this opportunity to speak up now.
If he's scamming, I hope he gets NAILED!

I recommend using the address to derive a phone number, then start calling. I would also post an open call for anyone who has also sent figures to this person - the more the merrier when the time comes for filing mail fraud charges.
While I give people the benefit of the doubt, this is unreasonably long. If he's scamming, we will nail him.
Let me know how I can help, I don't like people taking advantage of other's good nature.
