A new guy posted concern that he might have problems trading, due to his location.
A staff member gave him some advice in a friendly manner.
I don't see the problem.

Was the post worrying about getting successful trades OT? A bit. Not horribly. It's a concern the guy has which is directly caused by his proximation to Jason Ticknor. So, it's not unreasonable.
For God's sake, guys, we're not the freaking gestapo here.
