Has anyone had any experience dealing with the Old Glory Miniatures Company in the U.S.?

I purchased some stuff from them on 6/4/05 and have yet to get a confirmation via email...in fact no response at all. To top it all off, the phone number they provide is continually busy.

So any help here as to what I've gotten myself into?

Old Glory miniatures did ship and I recieved figures. They were still a bit lax on communication though.
