First, this is probably in the wrong place - there's a specific section in the Discussion Forums for asking rules questions like this. :)

Second, the two do appear to be mutually exclusive: Berzerker glaive says you're automatically berzerk, while the Daemonic Wings say you're exempt from the Berzerk roll. I have the 2nd printing CSM codex, and it doesn't help at all.

However, the Wargear book DOES clarify the matter. In the entry for the Berzerker Glaive it states: "... and cannot use any special movement modes." (page 39) So according to the Wargear book, no - if he has the Berzerker Glaive, he cannot have Daemonic Flight.

problem here is that Games-Workshop is moronic and won't address the fact that there are three printings of the chaos book out.

In the third printing you cannot take flight or speed with the glaive. (or anything that gives you flight or speed)

The first printing makes no mention of it, only that you always move towards the enemy.

It also says that Doom Sirens function exactly like Banshee Masks, same exact wording.

Third Printing also clarifies Oblits to T 4(5)

Of course you'll find no mention of this in the offical GW Faqs, but since third printing is the latest printing, it would take precedence.

I have the latest printing of the codex, and under the listing for Daemon Flight, it does not say that they are exempt from a berserker roll. However, under the glaive rules, you automatically are berserk without having to roll. It only states you cannot use special movement modes. Being that Daemon Flight is a special move ( used as a jump pack) you cannot use them both. If you want the flight, no glaive. If you want the glaive, no flight. You have to move on the ground at normal movement if you take the glaive. Sorry.

Read the berzerker rule, it states what has to roll and what doesn't have to roll.

After re-reading I see what has to roll, I apologize. Although since the glaive says no special movement, I would still say you couldn't use the wings with it.

Thus the reason my Wargear Book was actually a USEFUL purpose. For once it actually clarified one of GW's ambiguous rule conflicts. :)

the wargear book they published also "clarified" that a terminator has a 3+ armour save.

Great work there, yup yup.

Well, obviously the rule has been clarified (oddly enough, as stated already, by the WARGEAR book???), I wanted to mention something else:
First, this is probably in the wrong place - there's a specific section in the Discussion Forums for asking rules questions like this.
Actually, per the rules, this is the correct section. This qualifies as a Message and miscellaneous. It's the catchall section on the Trading side. We've done rules questions here for as long back as I can remember.

Like you said, though... there IS a specific section on the Discussion side for it, though.

Sowwy. Woulda guessed that it wasn't a Trading-based question, so Discussion woulda been better. I shall go hang my head in shame and lash myself 50 times with a wet noodle as penance.
