Disappearing Threads

Bartertown Admins,
I have had two new threads (one in WWII and after, and one in 40K for sale / Trade) simply disappear. I did not delete them, yet I can find no trace of the posts.

Has this happened to anyone else, and are you folks aware of it?

I also have seen my thread disappear twice now. I have had to repost it each time. Is there an auto-delete function now, where the thread gets dropped if it is posted for more than a certain time? If so, what is that time frame? Both of my threads were in the Sci-Fi miscelaneous category.

Yes, any thread without a response for a certain number of days is automatically deleted. It helps keep down board clutter (and gives you the opportunity to repost your ad without getting nailed for *bump*ing).

Auctions is, I think, either 3 or 5 days. Everywhere else I think is 10 or 12, I don't remember offhand.
