Beware of pops282

I never dealt with anyone over seas before so im not sure how long mail takes to get from New Jersey to the U K but i sent my part of the deal out a week and 2 days ago not sure if he recieved it yet but i still havent recieved my end. He also has suddebly stopped returning my emails and pm's. If anyone has an idea on how long mail takes to arrive from the uk and could pm me it i would appreciate it again pops282 may be a possible bad trader

Depending on how he sent it to you it could take some time. If it went airmail usually within 10days... surface mail could take a couple months

If it gets held up in customs, longer even. I had a package to New Zealand held up for 3-6 days as they sorted things out.

We were in contact on a daily basis. However, I have not heard anything for a while. I imagion he could be out on business for a few days.
If you sent the product by boat it can (and will) take 4-6 weeks. If you sent it by airmail (expensive) it can (and will) take 1-2 weeks. I would not worry quite yet. Hopefully pops282 will show back up!

4-7 business days for airmail
4-6 WEEKS for economy post.
Generally speaking, if it's a light item/package (12 ounces or lighter), airmail is the best bet, as it's <$10.00. Once you get near a pound (or above), it becomes cost prohibitive (i.e 2lbs = $25.00+). Economy post runs about half that, but is MUCH slower.
Always specify shipment before consumating a deal, take weight into account, and remember how much it costs to ship things overseas. Generally speaking, unless it's a cash deal (like ebay), I stick to very small trades overseas.

ok that took a load of my back hearing it might take 2-3 weeks maybe more thanks fo rthe responses hopefully hel awenser me back

Hey, it took me over a month to do a trade on way to Ontario Canada this spring. Customs are a pain.
