Due to events that were beyond my controll I have, sadly, been unable to follow up on my end of a trade and would like to make amends the other trader by refunding his money and completely replacing the models that were sent to me to paint. If anyone has suggestions or words of advice, please let me know. I never ment to make this person feel like I ripped him off.

Email him and tell him exactly that.

Tell him what you intend on doing, how you will go about doing it, and what time frame you will do it in.
