Aquestion about the chat.

Hi there, for some reason the chat won't load for me. When I try and log on the status bar gets to 74% and stops there. Apparently this is not a widespread problem so odds are there is something wrong with the settings on my computer. Any help you guys might be able to give would be greatly appreciated.
