After only several years of hate mail and complaints it appears that Paypal has finally gotten the message and will be making some big changes this year. I figured since so many of us use the service I'd link the article here:

I offer dwolla.com as an alternative to Paypal. 25 cent transaction fees.

All that work will, of course, end up costing them more money, doubtlessly necessitating the increase of fees.

I have a debit card for my PayPal account that makes it easy to access my money. I couldn't find anything in your links or by looking on my own. Does dwolla offer the same service?

Dwolla is bank account only.

Essentially they can charge the 25 cent rate because they created their own network (similar to the one credit cards use) to conduct bank account to bank account transactions.
No bank cards means no bank card fees(~2.7% + $0.30 is about average).

Thanks for the article link. I had a friend who was repeatedly frozen yet had a excellent track record and legitimate business. It was frustrating as the frozen paypal account meant he had no access to his funds (first time was when he was just starting up) and it almost shut him down.
