Anyone have some knowledge of programming in Flash?

Title really says it. I am one of the organizers for Clash for a Cure 2012. This year, to expand on our FB presence, we have added a website. Being that neither of us are Web Designers, we went with Go Daddy for the hosting and domain particulars. We also went with the "Website Tonight" to construct the page. Pretty cool for beginners, but I see some potential for more.

Anyway, the package came with an "Intro" page. It has some options for a Flash Intro, and its alright, but not really tailored to what we need. Is there a Bartertowner out there that could build an intro for us? Nothing amazingly complex, just some pictures swirling around with our logo and some music in the background (the stock version allowed us to add the music already, but not sure if I can "add" it to a new flash module).

Clash for a Cure 2012 is a Warmachine/Hordes/Malifaux Tournament benefiting the American Cancer Society.

Send me a PM or post below.

Thanks!

Honestly you don't want a flash intro. You want people to hit your page as fast as possible. What you want is a cool flash movie or something along those lines.

I'm a programmer and decent designer, but take it from http://www.webpagesthatsuck.com/does-my ... t-one.html .

Basically if visitors can't get to the info they need on the Clash for the Cure quickly, they are going to leave the site in droves. Most folks are stopping in for a date/time visit.

Simply link to the Cool Clash Movie on the homepage.

I'm not much of a Flash movie maker, but I can send you several names. No clue if they would charge you, or not.
