They have been working on the issue for a while now. Must be a real tough problem.

Yes, I talked to Adam today - something REALLY snarked up in the transfer and he has to rewrite the ITL line by line.
It's a good thing he likes us.

I figured something like that. If it had just been a setting, it would have been fixed by now.
I agree though, it is a good thing he likes us. I could not do what he does for us.
