Simply request the neutral "+1" from one of your trade partners as part of the trade.

Check with Porkus - he seems to have gotten past the triple-Slaanesh, past triple-Nurgle, through triple-Khorne, and beyond triple-Tzeentch.

I haven't seen him IRL, tho.
