Is there anything that can be done about trade refs that are owed to parties after a trade/sale/purchase has been made if teh other party stops visiting the site? I was just wondering since there are 2 or 3 people tha owe me refs and have seemed to stop using there accounts.

Trade refs are up to the other party to give or not,its kinda one of those unofficial rules like lower rating ships first,not really anything that can be done.

That's pretty much it, ref's are optional not required.

Actually, it's specifically mentioned in the rules that references are not a requirement of trading.

Sucks, though, Sham, that you're getting hosed on ref's.
