looking for roman style plumed pieces

I saw somewhere that someone was making roman style plumed pieces for helmets (not just the helmets, just the pieces).
I don't remember where I saw them or when, but I think it was recently.

Does anybody have any info? I thought it was Chapterhouse, but I can't find any info.

This thread says Maxmini "tribe of the black lotus." I have seen some other somewhere, I will post again if it comes to mind.
