umm they added, then raised the fuel surcharge.
now gas prices went down and are creeping back up again.

I meant they needed to raise the prices to pay for the fuel for all the trips to France.

And the final destination is the NETHERLANDS? Maybe the French employees just don't know where the Netherlands is?

At the last company I worked for, we had a customer get a contract to do some lighting work at FedEx in Memphis, TN. We shipped the parts from Nashville (in our corrugated cardboard boxes) via a FedEx collect account, delivering to FedEx in Memphis. When the parts delivered, they were in plastic bags, just dumped out of the cardboard. And then our customer wanted to file a claim with us. I never got over how FedEx destroyed the packaging for a shipment going to themselves.

When i was younger, I used to joke about how the fedex guy is demonspawn, and the UPS guy is actually Santa Claus in a girdle.
Both have absolutely no ties to reality... until now.
