So, heres the deal I have waited upwards of 5 months to get my stuff (dark eldar miniatures) from Nick. I had initialy blown the whistle prematurely when I got concerned about him due to lack of communication and stories that failed to add up.... For which I was severely repramanded. But here I am again..... I am compiling a formal complaint and am looking for any aditional dealings (good and bad alike). I have heard from "Mr. Vega" (I would like a formal statement from you if I could). In Mr. Vegas case he only sent one miniature so his persuit of Nick is a bit pointless.... but if there are more of you out here we can nail him HARD!.

I am looking for more information on Nick as well. If anyone has a phone number or other information on him I would apreciate it.

This is odd, because I just had a good trade with him recently.

I don't doubt your allegations, otheriwse you wouldn't be posting.

If and when you decide to follow through with your prosecution, please post the extent of your email evidence in the bad trader forum and if anyone else comes forward with similar allegations, I suggest presenting your case together to his local authorities. Strength in numbers.

If it's really been 5 months since you heard from him/he agreed to trade, then I agree that it is time to take action.

So, when I asked over a month ago in a post like this if anyone had heard from him why didn't you say anything?.....

Do you still have his contact info or anything that is "current" I have tried to fid his home # through his address but was unsucessful. Please if you have that information give it too me.... and how recent is recent?

I dunno, maybe I didn't see it. Who knows. I'm not constantly here, you know.

As said above, I've had dealings with Nick that have yet to be completed. It was only one mini and I don't think I have any record of the terms of the transaction.

All in all, I'm out only about $7.00.

Wish I could be of help, but I didn't save any of our communications. That was my first transaction here and I was young and stupid.
