A Dark Eldar army was sent to a friend of mine by mistake from Arizona. We think it was supposed to go to someone else. LMK

Man... I'm floored right now.
Thanks for coming out with this; this kind of honesty is what I'd like to see more of.
You really made my day.
I hope this army finds it's owner soon.

The really strange part of this, is the person put no return name or address, It's postmarked in Arizona
It was me....

I'm the random <not smart> sending the entire armies to the wrong address...
It was supposed to go to countingnightmare in TN, how it ended up in Wi is still a bit of a mystery I'll blame entirely on my medication

Well

Well, Isabelle.
So nice of you to admit it openly and submit yourself to our devastatingly humiliating humor.
We'll be sharp and barbed... but friendly, I promise.
First, the serious...
Your error is something we can ALL learn from.
1) ALWAYS put your return address on the box. If there isn't a bomb, illegal drugs or something infectious inside, a return address is simple.
2) (I learned this from a US Postal employee) Always put a piece of paper inside with YOUR address, as well as the address it is intended to go TO. If your package ends up in the "Dead Letter" office, they WILL open it. If this paper is inside, they will send it merrily on its' way. If not, you WILL NOT get it back, even if you can describe its' contents with 100% accuracy.
That being said, now for the "funnin."
So, if you are ever involved in a trade with Isabelle, and you don't get your stuff, you should post an ad on BTown. It might not be that she's scamming you as much as it is that she's sending packages to random people.
LOL
Now, THAT is a classic, Izzy.

Hate to be the naysayer here, but before the army is returned to you, please post proof in the form of the armies contents (generally).
Not that I doubt you.
Returning your stuff

Agreed, a simple inventory of contents will suffice, also reimbursement of return shipping costs. I don't understand why you would send a pkg with no return address or indication of trade. If I don't hear back soon I will assume you made a mistake.

Yes, amateur mistakes were made. I was on my migraine meds and should not have even tried to mail anything that day, but I wanted to keep my part of the deal in a timely fashion(that worked out real well as we can see here).
I can also provide the delivery confirmation # AND the insurnce receipt #. I'm the ONLY one that would have those. I can also provide the address I sent the stuff to.
I don't want the items returned, I want them forwarded to the fellow that was supposed to recieve them in the first palce.
I'm not scamming(which by default that means I'm yet again amditting to a moment of medicated <not smart>

).
So do you want the proof posted here, or PM'ed to you?

Migraines are 100 times worse than headaches

Geez guys cut the lady some slack, have any of you ever had a migraine? I get vascular migraines once or twice a week. Trust me they ain't headaches, all you want to do is DIE! You can't stand light, or noise, you can't focus and you want to vomit in great quantities and often.

If Isabelle was on meds for them she's lucky if she remembers what country she is in. I get the impression she would not have sent it without a return address if she was feeling human so no point correcting her. It's like correcting someones driving while having a heart attack. While on a migaraine pill I painted several horses olive green once, thought it was brown, low light can do that. Anyway just my two cents worth and Huzzah to Shane for being so honest!

I've done this before myself, had stuff sent across the country to the wrong address. A whole army's worth actually.
I'm just that damn good.

Thank you hadrian39. Most people aren't aware of what real migraines do, and just brush it off as something you can take some motrin for.
I'm just happy it at least got sent to someone that on B-town and knows what the stuff actually was!
I had this image of someones gramma opening the box with great confusion, seeing the all those DE wyches  , pronouncing them the Devils work

, and tossing it all in a dumpster
Fortunately, it ended up with an honest b-towner
