Regarding the name change from Delivery Confirmation to Tracking, I figured that that was done because the new name has much less of an implied guarantee than the old one.

This. I drive an extra 7 minutes to go to a PO that I like. I still print my labels online for convenience and the discounted price on Tracking, but I go there because I really like the workers (except for a more recent add) and I DON'T like the ones at the office nearest me (the manager is a martinet, and the workers are all idiotic slowpokes.) I've pumped easily over $1000 into their revenue flow, expressly to do my little bit to help keep their office from becoming redundant.
A few trade guidlines:
1) If your feedback is significantly lower, I expect you to ship first, even if I'm buying- Money carries greater risks than minis: I can't buy groceries with a box of Tac Marines!
2) Communication is key! I'm a reasonable guy (I try,) so if there's a problem, tell me!
3) I package things well, you should do the same. Protect minis from each other, too.
4) Leave feedback!

When you buy postage online, you might note that it askes what zip code you'll be mailing from.
That post office gets the 'credit' for the revenue.
Going into a post office and bying postage from a person, not only ives that office the credit, it justifies having the employees there.
No customers, no workers needed.
Heh, I was called a Grognard. ;-)
