You know, the Oxy Clean guy. Yeah sure, he yelled at the camera when he could have just as easily worn a mic, but he was one of the few "good eggs" of commercials and advertisements. I really thought he was kinda cool- no bullcrap car commercials about stuff that have nothing to do with cars. He would tell you what oxy clean did, nothing more, nothing less, in a very old fashioned to the point way. It IS a loss, now theres just the State farm guy. When he goes, were left in world where commercials no longer make ANY sense.
Another thing- I do think that MJ shouldn't be talked about as if he was guilty of pedophilia. He is innocent until proven guilty, after all.
I will say one more thing. A lot of people have fetishes. I do, but that's irrelevant beyond stating that I can relate. I believe it was Ron White (the comedian) who said "they found a kiddie blow up doll in his apartment. Tell me thats not pedophilia" (or something like that) Well, I will. That is substitute pedophilia. All that says to me is that its possible he was trying NOT to be a pedophile.
Point- every problem, urge, or addiction can be managed. David Carridine, as you say, took it too far. Maybe Michael Jackson fought his problems, and refused to succumb to them. Maybe. But yeah, he probably did it.
