Customs kicks me in the face

As a fellow Canadian who has been ripped off on packages sent UPS, make sure they send it USPS. Label should be "used toys", or "toys" if new. You still get duty occasionally , but it is much easier to swallow when it is just tax. UPS has its own customs brokers, who do the duty and tax for you, then add a fat UPS charge for their doing it. It is total horse crap and pisses me off greatly.
