I sent Jayson Chapman an army to paint a Space Marine boxes set a while back and have had no reply. Please send me Jayson Chapman's e-mail address and mailing address to javed.mirza@rogers.com. I would prefer to deal with him in person before I get law enforcement involved (as I am in Canada it is a felony). I have successfully resolved a situation like this before with law enforcement but hopefully we can work it out in person.
