Also, you can't get the full e-mail address but the last part is @wi.rr.com. That would tell me that his Internet Provider is Roadrunner.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

I'm fairly certain that the account probably isn't HIS per se, but someone else's that he uses/has access to.
If it IS his, it's been registered with someone else's email address (a roadrunner account), and/or he never uses the roadrunner account to access Bartertown.
His IP usually shows up as coming from a DSL type service.

Roadrunner does provide DSL service. Can a person access Bartertown through an anonymous proxy server?

So he rips people off on trade forums then sells the stuff to the highest bidder. he's nothing more than a small time crook its just like a group of people shop lifting form a store then selling the items on the street.
