Being a moderator has nothing to do with sig sizes. I am bound to the same rules as everyone else. So far no one else has had this problem. However I will take a look at the original PSD file to try and optimize the frames better.

Everything seems fine now. I still find it odd that it could slow me down though seeing as how im on a cable connection. Confusing.

I don't get it either. The original file only had 40 frames. As a GIF, that isn't that many. I really don't like it though. The icon is way too small. I'll probably trash it and make something else.
