rubbing alcohol, mix to milk consistancy and alcohol evaporates quickly and is dirt cheap.

I couldn't do that if I TRIED.

I like good old fashioned recipies.... "Paint to rubbing alcohol 5:1 by volume."

thicker than water. i dont know the ratio, but i use alcohol with some of the craft paints and it works good.
