Just curious about lost packages.

When reading the bad trader report threads, it seems that the only packages ever lost are those where DC was not used. Has anyone here ever had one lost where a tracking # was used?

Lost packages tend to only happen when traversing borders... I only had one package go missing inside the states... and it turned up several months later...
