May have just been a delivery attempt. I would check your post office.

Did you have insurance?

Did the post office look around their office?

Was it from an individual or a webstore, if a webstore did you contact them?

Check with neighbors?

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

Did you check your back porch (if you have one)?
Under your front porch (if possible)?
Did you check with the main office (if you live in an apartment)?

Double check the delivery zip code - maybe the seller gave you the wrong tracking number.

Agree with checking other locations, plus the office if you are in an apartment - I had that happen more than once when I lived in an apartment.

Good luck dude!

Start at the local Post office. They may have delivered it and left a note to pick it up. And the note blew away.

In that case, they wouldn't have it marked "delivered."
It would be "Delivery Attempted" or something like that (I forget the exact verbiage).

Exactly right. If it says "Delivery Attempted" or "Out for Delivery", that's not actual delivery. If it says "Delivered", all good.

7-8 days is a bit long to wait to go check. I can almost guarantee you that after a week+ your carrier won't remember, especially if you get alot of mail/packages/boxes.
It definately won't be sitting around the building that long UNLESS a notice was left and it said to come to the local po and pick it up.

I've been busy in RL and haven't had time to check the forums.

IF ANYONE EVER HAS A QUESTION OR PROBLEM ABOUT THE POST OFFICE, FEEL FREE TO PM OR EMAIL ME. MY ADDRESS SHOULD BE IN MY INFO.
Heh, I was called a Grognard. ;-)
