Man I still have not received my package. Believe or not, I am sincerely trying to be patient. I would appreciate the tracking number so I can check its progress.

What's the tracking number?

That e-mail was uncalled for. You've gone mental man. I told you I'm not always around on this website.
Your package was mailed Saturday like I said.

With us both having a 0 rating on this forum I still agreed to ship first and I have just asked that you stay in contact and uphold the agreement. It is approaching the 6pm hour in GA and I have not received any notification and/or update regarding my product shipment. Please do not continue to have me wondering if I can trust you upholding our agreement. I need to hear from you. I need to hear from you with a tracking number (Considering that you are at least in your late 20's, I am sure that you have some type of smart device to keep up with, create and/or responded to email) If not, I will escalate this corospondance.

Btw...Saturday is fine as previously discussed. Just shoot me a tracking number once shipped.

I did. I'm currently fixing what USPS usually damages. Arms, weapon, bits. The convergence is boxed and ready to go, but I can't make it until Saturday like I said.

No worries man! Sorry for freaking out, however I have already shipped and do not want to get screwed. Saturday is fine, I'm lucky enough to work from home. So time, I have plenty of. Once again sorry if I over reacted.

Sorry friend. I'm not always available for this site even though I'm always logged in. I should have your convergence shipped out Saturday. That's my only free day to hit the post office I work a busy schedule.

Ok, considering how prompt you were in intial communications, I am now under the impression that this is a trade you have no intentions if completing. Considering that I have already shipped, if I do not hear from you by 10am tomorrow, Nov. 6th. I will be force to seek legal recourse via Bartertown and Augusta GA police department. I am sincerely sorry if you're just incapable of responding at this time and hope that you understand my concern.

I haven't heard from you and to be honest I'm starting to get a little spoked. I would feel a lot more comfortable if you could give me a call so we can discuss when you will be shipping. My number is 615-598-1196. I would appreciate a call ASAP.

So I have everything packed and label and ready to go! I wanted to make sure you have my number just in case something crazy happens (615) 598-1196. When will you be able to ship?

Fair enough! I will shrink wrap and box up today! I probably will not get to ship until tomorrow. I will email you a tracking number once completed. I'm looking forward to this exchange.

If you don't mind me asking, why are you getting out of convergence?

Okay, are you willing to ship first? As you can see on my ebay account i have excellent reviews/feedback. I just need to have an absolute answer so i can, with confidence, delete my ebay listing.

Hey buddy, just wanted to check in with you to see if we're moving forward with this? My eBay listing of this army ends today, so I have to know soon.

Thanks

Btw please know that there is no rush, I just want to take them off of ebay before someone bids on them and then I can't trade them, if you do want to.

Re: Circle

Dollars I'm unsure, we're pretty close I believe. The collossals are the big difference, however point wise my Circle is about 20 pts more. I can have it wrapped and boxed in the mail by Monday or Tuesday. I did state this but I also have the tokens and matching casino dice that I will also include.

What you think?

Re: Circle

You have his address, correct?

David Castle
1432 Reynolds St.
Augusta, GA, 30901

You should contact USPS and begin the process of filing a police report. Mail fraud is serious business.

This is the business at that address:

They are even nice enough to put their phone number on their website. Since it is on an open source and anyone looking for a screen printer can find it, there should be no harm in posting it 706-955-1120. Call the business, ask to speak to the owner, and in a calm manner, without using any profanity at all, explain that one of his employees is in possession of a large quantity of your property and due to some misunderstanding you would like to request his/her assistance in getting the situation resolved. This has worked before.

not at all…not scamming….open book of communication and you know it! I sincerely hope you're speaking truth because it is a felony, I filed the police report today. And what idiot would send close to $900 worth of models without a tracking number, just in case i was someone like you?!? [Be polite! The rules apply to you too! - s_o_r_r_o_w EDIT] I despise cowards, thieves, and liars. You appear to be all the above. For one moment, lets assumed you did ship the Saturday you said you would, even first class would have arrived by now.

Cool story bro. If you want to drive 7 hours to look like a jackass please do. I mailed your stuff on the Saturday I told you. It wasn't in a first class or priority box so no tracking number was provided for me. For all I know you received the package and are playing the scammer card trying to get your stuff back.

I'm new and all, but I deal with people all day everyday as a profession. Talking, it's kind of my thing and gift. Threatening/Force Tactics( Saying I got your address, yadda yadda. ) is never the way to go and makes it very hard for the appropriate channels to side with you on many levels.

Like the gentleman above your post(s) has said, as calm as possible - a tip is the softer/quieter you speak, the more the other person has to pay attention and listen. It kinda goes with text to, the less profanities ect ect make it more approachable and makes YOU look better in the judging parties eyes( The people judging this, be it police, bartertown sup watchmen, ect ect. )

Not trying to butt in, sorry if this isn't needed.

dboogie, as much as I sympathize with being steamed, you cannot make threats, in PMs or in posts, on Bartertown. Full stop.

However:

You can post herein all of the cumulative name and address information that you have acquired. You can initiate police action. You can call friends, family, and employers of dcastle to help you help him to resolve this. You can contact local game stores etc for the same purpose.

I'm doing and have been all i can to handle this the proper way and it's not until i show my butt does this guy deems me worthy to even reply. It's just a shame that this is a hobby! Toy soldiers that we enjoy playing and socializing with people during. A website is created to give us a place to exchange things of monetary value as well as time invested painting and assembling. And the first time i use it...it goes without saying. And this guy is still on here able to rip someone else off!

With that being said, i shouldn't have lost my cool and for that i'm sorry. I'm sorry because my voice/words lost some integrity.

I agree, but this guy has two other bad trades that we know about. Check the other threads in this section. That being said, see when he supposedly sent it & where its from/going to. See if its been an appropriate amount of time. Its a laugh that he suggests that you are scamming him when he as at least two other bad trades, and shows a bit to his honor & intentions.

Just a quick point of order - how else could Dcastle have mailed the package? Your only options are Priority, Express or Standard Post, ALL of which come with tracking for free. I'm assuming from the discussion (admittedly I didn't read all of the posts above) that he was shipping enough models to require a box.

Depending on the size of the package, first class shipping doesn't come with a trackable number (unless you pay the extra $0.90), but even then it prints a tracking number on the receipt, just not one you can look up. Any method of shipping will come with a tracking number of some kind on the receipt as far as I have found. If he somehow didn't get a tracking number, I would be interested to see the receipt.
If I forget to post a reference for you, please let me know!
If you are not going to post a reference for me, please explain why, maybe I can fix it!

With the size of the trade involved, it would've gotten the tracking #. After a certain weight for items like this (far lower than what it would have weighed), your shipping choices are limited, and they all have tracking #'s.

Your initial post was in REVERSE Chronological order. That makes it a pain in the butt to try to follow. Had you posted the PMs in the order they were sent/received, you'd have gotten more help, faster.

I discovered undeniable proof that RexExile and Dcastle are the same person:

I spoke with him on the phone this evening. He returned a message I left for him at work.

I laid it all out for him. I told him that I knew he was Rex and Dcastle and that he needed to make right on these trades.
He was not exactly apologetic, but said that he would make good.

I am not banning the Dcastle account at this time, so that he has a way to communicate with you all. Once he has made good, though, he has agreed not to return.

I will be PMing the Dcastle account a link to this thread, so he sees all the open BTRs on him.

To the OP; I suggest you PM Dcastle (POLITELY) to get the ball rolling.
