This user has had my trade since 7/6/11 and has been stalling about payment since then. Trying to say that it will make "autistic kids" happy.
First, here is the deal making and intros.

ok well I am interested in the whole lot, I have a 14 year old autistic daughter that loves the things, I would of course prefer to trade but I have mostly 40k stuff, a lot of hard to find Rogue trader era tanks if that strikes a cord.

In lue of that what are you looking for for them?

i do have a space marine army, but i really play warmachine much more.
i would definitely prefer $100, although if you wouldn't mind if i took out the rares i could do all of the rev sets for extremely cheap.

do you mean the modern age ones with special abilities on separate cards? yes, i only collected 3 sets since the transition. i believe that i have 30. maybe a little more. from mutations and monsters, justice league, and avengers

ok this is gonna be were it gets a bit sticky, I mean to be fair and reasonable and dont with to offend but this is my deal.

I recently got ripped off on 2 separate Clix deals, your rep on here is fairly decent so I am inclined to work something with you. I would be willing to pay $100 shipped for the entire lot of clicks, or A rogue trader era Land Raider Spartan Tanks and 2 Rhinos and a Drop Pod (about $150.00) in trade for them.

I would have to ask that we follow BT accepted practice of Lower ships first, and if it is a cash deal you choose I will ask still that given the nature of clix that you also ship first.

I have a 24 rating with many positive trades on BT and a 240+ rating on eBay for your security.

a couple of the very old sets have their feet glued into the flight stands. the cosmic justice unique green lantern has a flight stand that is slightly broken, always meant to replace it with another fig's but i never got around to it.

i haven't painted anything.

here is a list of the figs, it might not be 100% but it is pretty accurate, if anything it errs on the side of caution and i am sure that i have more common rev's than listed.

I am sorry it has been hell around here and I should have messaged you sooner, I havent even had the chance to look at the box which I usually do with these, the BT outage has cause issues. I will be home tomorrow peek really quick and Paypal you imediately, also my daughter said that the postage was $12? It seems that you sent a much larger lot of clix than I thought, if that is the case please allow me to pick up postage as well as you have made a ton of autistic kids really happy. I was definitely annoyed about the bt outage too, couldn't have come at a worse time. if you would like to pay the postage i will gladly accept. Although I am looking forward more to the privateer press models.

Regardless of your rating, you're responsible for living up to your side of a bargain in a timely manner.
There was no slander (spoken) or libel (written) here, unless something untrue was said. If so, please indicate what part was untrue.
Also, please show me where autism was made fun of. I'm extremely defensive about people making fun of those with autism and do not stand for it.

Also... you posted in your BTR thread but have said nothing about the ACTUAL issue at hand.

Please, take care to frame any further posts more accurately. Regardless of any past positive interactions you and I may have had, you attempted to berate me and a group of people I hold in high esteem (the other Admin) unfairly and undeservedly over something that is YOUR doing. That does not sit well with me.

summary goes, life happened to him. I got impatient and lost faith. He eventually made good on his original promise, plus shipping which I had actually agreed initially to pay.
