Agreed to purchase a TK army, asked for two weeks to pay, and then backed out when I asked if he was sending PayPal. He has a sick family excuse but this is now two backouts in March for him:

Shipping is the killer. Last army I sent to the states cost me $70.
I could come down to $340 shipped. It might have to come ground at that price.

unfortunatly I have some terrible news. one of my relatives has become very ill and I need to fly out to see them friday so i wont b able to buy these at the present time. Im very sorry about that
