To be honest... Staff is still in debate as to whether or not it WAS a backout.

I might end up qualifying. I'll update this ticket, once we know.
Until a final decision is made, though, the thread will stand.

Hello!

I understand that you’ve recently had a really bad trade experience with adhesive spatula and I wanted to ask you just what he sent you specifically...

I am afraid that trade may have had some items in it that I was trading for previosly. I hope to be able to gain some ammunition to write up a backout report on him.

I added it to my backout thread the same day in fact, and then noticed that today, he has listed the same stuff again . Can I ask what you traded him? I’m betting it was dark eldar.

It also appears from your list that he had sent some things to you that were on my trade list with him. I think something is up, so I’ll see what the admins have to say.

Why yes it was Dark Eldar... tons of warriors, 3 raiders,2 ravagers, 1 talos, 11+ dark lances, bikes, characters, around 1500pts $500 worth of stuff new. Hope this helps again.

My hunch was correct! I was going to trade a bunch of warriors, some jetbikes, and raider as well for my list.

He, in fact, has underhandedly traded out from under me. I’ll add it to the thread.

Based on that information alone, NOW I’d LOVE to leave a negative ref for him (if I could), or see him take a couple weeks or even a month off.
