FIRST:

Tom, you should double-check our rules. It's against the rules to do that because, by accepting bids on ebay and by accepting an offer here, you've entered into 2 legally binding contracts. Plus, it's a pretty rude thing to do since, one way or another, yu're screwing someone out of the opportunity to get something they thought they were getting; something they'd made a legitimate deal for.
We (the official Bartertown "We") don't like that.



Second:

This thread does not exist for you two to argue about who did what wrong to whom and how bad it was or wasn't. It's the place for reporting facts. The facts you've agreed to is that you made a deal with Satyros then backed out of it. Both of you agree on that.
Had you NOT made such an agreement, then you'd have something to discuss here.


If either of you wants to discuss this further, take it to PM. If you've got a problem with what I've said (this goes for anyone), PM me.
This isn't a "Discussion" thread. Please, refrain from deviating from the topic.
